These terms govern your use of ContentFurnace ("Service"), operated by Elorati LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By using our Service, you agree to these terms.

The Service

ContentFurnace is an AI-powered content marketing service. We create articles and social media content tailored to your brand voice, market, and audience. Our service includes:

• SMS-based onboarding to learn about your business and voice
• AI-generated articles reviewed for quality and accuracy
• Social media content derived from your articles
• Optional blog hosting on a subdomain

Your Account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide during onboarding. Your phone number serves as your account identifier. You agree not to provide false or misleading information about your business.

Content Ownership

You own the content we produce for you. Once delivered, articles and social media assets are yours to use, modify, publish, and distribute as you see fit. We retain the right to use anonymized, aggregated data about content performance to improve our service.

AI-Generated Content

Our content is created using artificial intelligence and reviewed for quality. While we strive for accuracy:

• You are responsible for reviewing content before publishing
• We do not guarantee that all facts, statistics, or claims in generated content are accurate
• You should verify any specific data points, legal claims, or professional advice before publication
• Content is generated based on the information you provide -- better inputs lead to better outputs

SMS Terms

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive text messages from ContentFurnace at the number provided. This includes:

• Onboarding conversation messages
• Topic selection and approval messages
• Content delivery notifications
• Service updates related to your account

Message frequency varies based on your activity. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. Text HELP for assistance.

Supported carriers include but are not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and Sprint. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Free Trial

Your first article is provided at no charge with no obligation. You are not required to purchase a subscription or provide payment information to receive your free article.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use ContentFurnace to:

• Create content that is illegal, defamatory, or intentionally misleading
• Impersonate another person or business
• Send unsolicited messages or spam through our system
• Interfere with the operation of our service

Limitation of Liability

ContentFurnace is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption.

Termination

You may stop using ContentFurnace at any time by replying STOP to our messages. We may terminate or suspend your access if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your content remains yours.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of significant changes via SMS.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Salt Lake County, Utah.
